If you are about to start a fitness program, or your sports season is starting soon – there is a smarter way to get back into shape.  Professional sports organizations ensure that every athlete uses this tool.  It is called a “physical screen assement”.  

But more and more people just like you are realizing that investing in finding out where you are weak, damaged or need to focus on is very sensible.

You may also be starting pre-season fitness in preparation for pre-season training. Or you may be about to join a gym or “get back into (insert your sport here)”.

Professionals use a pre-season physical assessment and screen because it is an incredibly powerful tool in assessing for muscle and joint deficiencies.

Everybody has specific areas that can be improved with an Assessment and Screen Plan whether it be tightness, weakness or a poor core.  Everybody!

Instead of thinking:  “I hope I get away with (this issue) this season” – arrange a screen assessment to take control.  Not only can you hopefully reduce new or further injuries, you will be able to improve your overall performance.  In a sense, get onto the front foot to play your best rather than just rely on the “Hope Strategy”.  (This is “hoping” you wont get injured)

The Screen includes a detailed home program to turn your weak or vulnerable zones into power zones.  We also review and assess past injuries to ensure that they really have fully recovered. 

You already know that if there is a weakness or other issue, your body will compensate to protect it. This makes you susceptible to further injuries, and likely worse ones. 

As you use your home program with your individual list of exercises, it modifies with your progress to ensure you get the maximum value from it.
